Hi.
I got a PGA Tour 2K21 Key on the OpiumPulses website. I went to activate in steam and it says it is unavailable for my region (Brazil). As I can't activate the game, I wanted to give away here at Steamgifts, but I don't know which countries besides Brazil are blocked for this key. I've already visited a link here from steamgifts that talks about the subject, but I didn't understand anything:

can anybody help me? I would like to make this draw, but fear being banned from steamgifts if the key does not work for the winner.
