The link only shows up when your Gifts Sent number is higher than your Gifts Won number.
It's a built in system on steamgifts :-)

you need to find 5 letters/numbers and put them in a url like http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/XXXXX/

so you replace it with

Welcome to my very first humble giveaway train :)
So its my Birthday
