Looking for nice single player survival gime...

So as the tittle is saying im looking for a nice survival game, like Stalker(which im playing right now),or some nice zombie survival game, where you have to scavenge and all that stuff(but only SP not MP so not DayZ or WarZ).If you guys know any game like this and can recommend me anything i would be very glad...

"How to survive" is a nice-ish 3rd person survival game with a decent single player experience. It's a little tongue-in-cheek, so don't get your hopes up, but it's worth looking at.

Best Single Player survival game, I have more than 100 hours.
Faster Than Light is also nice.

I can't recommend this game enough!

It's been my most played game on Steam since I got it in early access in November 2012!

I've put in at least 300 hours playing this game (Steam didn't record the time I spent playing offline when I had no internet for a few weeks >_< )

It's got a ton of content that takes many, many hours to uncover, I've been playing it for a year and a half and I'm still finding things I didn't even know existed!

There's also a pretty big modding community/workshop that offer a ton of mods to add new stuff to the game and also change preexisting things.

It's also pretty cheap for the amount of content it actually contains!

Fallouts have survival modes, with mods to make it harder. State of decay and 7 days to die both have single player I believe.
