I swear once someone from support answered this. I honestly can't recall what the answer was but my gut tells me that it is still falling under the calling out rule for some reason. Sometimes I really hate my selective memory that selects itself what to remember.

there are groups on steam which are dedicated on writing down on lists the names of scammers and phisers. Try to write it there.

If you get a request from this random guy for a trade, don't.
He will tell you to buy him some gamngbets card for trade instead of paypal, which obviously is an act of scammers, and then disappear after that.
