Actually, you can totally blame LastM for that. :p
I went over everyone on my whitelist (well, excluding those that had whitelisted me) to check which SG users had gotten achievements in at least 10% of their won games, and removed everyone who hadn't. Just wanted to be sure the games go to users that are interested in playing them.
That said, since you're a level 10 and have given so much to the community, f*ck it. Back on the whitelist you go :)

Since some people might wonder, the custom rule basically just makes it so the lower your level the better your sent/won (gifts or real CV) ratio has to be, and that you've given away at least a few unbundled games.
