First of all this is not the proper way to deal with these cases. For scammer / user related problems you should use the Support feature. It lets you open a ticket with your issue and contact a mod directly. Also you should not report people directly in the forums.

It's funny because i see too much people who whine that they haven't received the gift, yet they pressed "Gift received".

It's similar to the thread from earlier where the first person (we'll call them A) wanted the second person (B) banned because A didn't receive a won gift from B. Normally, this would be acceptable, but then you look at A's profile and see that they had 2 giveaways where the gift was marked as them not sending it.

The people in the forum used to be people with suggestions for the site, but now it's being filled with people wanting everyone and their grandma banned.
