yes if you install, wait for game to pass from sale & uninstall.
Another way through web google play store mentioned below, send app to device you don't use anymore from account you want it on.

I'm using a service similar to the app you mentioned but the advantage here is that everything is hand-picked so most of the trash is filtered out.

I personally am still using a rather old smartphone, a Samsung Galaxy S3, and proud about it because I can still swap batteries myself and I'd rather not waste precious and limited rare earth metals just for some silly status symbol so I'd rather not litter up my phone with unnecessary apps that might not even work on an old Android OS instead of getting this information here.

Not trying to sound preachy, (I know I do anyway) just answering your question why some people would prefer to get this information here 😉

With "unnecessary apps" I was talking about the AppsFree app not the games themselves 😅

While it's merely to entertain me the games themselves serve a purpose while AppsFree does not (regarding to my personal needs) because I can get that information easier here and boiled down to the essentials a.k.a. the real games.

To name just some of the highlights. I'm not sure I'd have found all of these if I had to dive through an ocean of low quality shovelware and babys first attempt at a puzzle game. Those apps also notify you about shovelware and non-games, right?

Yes.but AppsFree is only about paid ones that are free for certain time, sometimes below 24h. There aren't really that many.

i can't highlight what I've gotten from that app, but I'm sure i would've missed some of them because they were never mentioned here, or promotion has ended by the time i saw it.

TBH this might be my misconception. I assumed this thread is about paid games that have 100% discount, not about free ones in general.

How does that make a difference wether you know about them through android app or sg thread?

They will still be the same games. You just won't have to send yourself links to your phone if you decide to give one a try.

Well I check from time to time AppsFree and each time there a dozen of apps free for a short time, lots of <1€ stuff with microtransaction that looks similar for a good half.

If you get some sort of emulator like Bluestacks you can claim the game on your account first and then re-install on another device later when you're able to.
