Cheap Windows 8?

I recently built a PC and went with Win7. Some games don't yet support Win8 and honestly, Win8 is really meant for touchscreen tablets. My friend has it on his laptop and he despises Win8 (along with what seems to be the majority of people using it). Also exactly how cheap are you looking for? Newegg is where I got all of my stuff from. And lastly you can probably get Windows 7 cheaper than Windows 8. And here's another important thing, do you have the actual Windows 7 CD? If you don't just stop reading, but if you do, and it's not OEM, you should be able to use it again, and if it is OEM then just call up Microsoft and explain that you're building a new computer.
