i want to make some giveaways to increase my lvl, but got a small problem, never done it before and not sure how to get the keys.
so, how do i get steam keys so i can create a giveaway here
do i have to buy the game in steam store as a gift or how does it work

i just want a key, so when i create a giveaway the person who wins it will get the key immediatly,

You can buy it in sites like GMG, Humble Store, Bundlestars, Indiegala, etc. You get your key and giveaway it here.

You can buy game keys from many sites: HumbleBundle, IndieGala, GreenManGaming, GamesPlanet, BundleStars, Amazon, and more. You can also buy gift copies from steam and give those away. Even if you use keys the winners won't get the key automatically immediately when the giveaway ends, you still have to log in and click a button to send it to them.
