Well considering the level, and if you heard it in other commercials, it's most likely commercial production music. You tend to hear it everywhere because it's cheap and rights are pre-cleared.

i don't think it's commercial production music but it's gotta some kind of OST from famous music or something because I literally have heard this song since I was really young. This gotta some kinda timeless famous song
