Volodymyr Mamon and his younger brother Dmytro Mamon switched to the side of the Russians during the occupation of Kharkiv region.
Before the de-occupation, they fled with their families to Russia. There, they formed their own network of informants on the territory of Ukraine. In early October, they began to collect information about the planned reburial of a dead Ukrainian soldier in the village of Hroza. The address and other data were handed over to Russians.
