Bad idea. There would be more coupon giveaways than games on this site. Plus most of them suck.

Why do you want to get rid of them all, vouchers are all arranged in the inventory and they do not interfere bit. So let it be with the nerve. U find no one who want ur coupons kid? give it to me.

I remove sometimes 50-100 people every week from my friends list. I usually end up removing mass amounts of people that I haven't tagged for any reason, as most people simply say hi or try to request support over PM, instead of a ticket. Regardless, you can still send me a PM without friending me first or submitting a ticket in support. I'm not a Pokemon.
As for your suggestion, as I've said before, we will not allow coupons for gifting. One reason it doesn't really fit the spirit of SteamGifts as it stands and we'd have to put strict regulations on submitting coupons, as they could easily overwhelm the community and take over the front page. Even though they wouldn't be worth any points, each coupon would have to be manually added into the system by hand as there isn't a "Steam page" to scrape for info. It really wouldn't be worth the effort to only achieve a ridiculous amount of giveaway spam that no one wants, except for maybe a few choice coupons.

I am afraid I did not suggest anything but the things stated in the opening post, and since those have been discussed already, well.
I'd also enjoy you being a bit less serious about this, but that is not even important~
The thing I am disagreeing with is that is does not resemble the "spirit" of Steamgifts.
Now, your point is probably that it is to give away free games, mine being that it is to give away game-related things for free, as coupons would be.
No idea where you pulled the 75% from, though.

Especially when march 1 comes around and all existing coupons get deleted. For those wanting to giveaway coupons, what date would you use as the latest time any coupon giveaway is allowed to end ?
I can't see how coupon giveaways can be worth the work required to allow them.

Check this thread if you like (Coupon gifting - Steam Gifts)[http://www.steamgifts.com/forum/qKN95/coupon-gifting]
Lokonopa already gave his opinion on the matter and hopefully it will help organizing things, aswell as ease off the mods (they'd have to manipulate a lot of stuff just for a small timeframe).
Also, if you dont want to give a coupon away: dont, the thread i mentioned talks about that, its meant for people who will actually BUY something using those, not for someone who wants "useless things" like you said earlier....

I wanted to bother lokonopa privately, but he deleted me from my friends list. I hate him. So much. :c
Anyway.
As an easy solution for the problem, couldn't something like "A Coupon" (so it's on top of the list, eh) be added to the list of giftable games? So, one "item" for all coupons, the coupon(s) given away would have to be specified in the description then.
That would make it easy to remove them from view with the plugin as one would only have to block one "game" for all coupons.
Coupon giveaways should NOT, under any circumstances, create points, but entry to them should cost 5-10 points.
I don't really see a downside to that right now, it wouldn't need a lot of work to implement it, I think, and people could get rid easily of their unwanted coupons.
So yeah, your thoughts are welcome.
Also, to everyone now telling me that I could give them away right here as well:
I don't want to, I want everyone to have the chance to get useless things, not only forum readers!
