I can't imagine that mouse being very practical (or comfortable for that matter) unless you're a hardcore MMORPG player. I have a G700 and recommend it highly, for reasons I explained in this thread (just scroll down a bit).

My personal favorite due to button locations and size (I'm a female with small hands though, so take that into account).

Either a Logitech G400/G300 or a Razer Deathadder.

I'm pretty old fashioned. I'm using a mixture of a Razor Deathadder and my good old Logitech MX518. Both are really good mice, and if you can find an MX518 somewhere chances are it'll be less than $50 (I'm pretty sure they are out of production though). It all really depends on how you play however

I like them....never had one issue, saves multiple profiles nicely, always works for me, had it for about 5 months.

I've actually been using a Roccat Kova+. It's pretty decent, better than my old Razer Diamondback. Comfortable to use, too. Everything's adjustable and its all user friendly. Kova+ And I don't want to hear that stuff about how Roccat breaks fast. I've had mine for a while now, and it runs real nice. That's by compare to my other Razer Diamondback, as I've owned two. The first was dead in a month.

DeathAdder Really good gaming mouse there are for sure better deals on amazon that will make this mouse much cheaper.

After using it for 5-6 years I've finaly switched from Sidewinder X8 to Logitech G700 a few months ago and so far it performs really well. X8 is also a really nice mouse if you have big hands and you should be able to get it rather cheap considering how long it's been on the market. Then again if you'r not looking for a wireless gaming mouse there are even cheaper options.

I recently got a Logitech M510 and I really like it. It has two batteries so it is a bit heavier, which I like, it also has two programmable buttons and the mouse wheel can be pushed left or right and those are customizable. The only downside is that I pretty much have to use a mousepad or it skips around.
