I don't really practice. I used to draw a lot as a kid, but I rarely picked up a pencil in the last two decades. Last times it happened was for SG puzzles and for the latest SG drawing contest (SG has been good for me in that sense). Oh, I draw for my girlfriend from time to time too (birthdays, xmas cards and such), she loves my doodles.
The fact is, I rarely like what I draw, the way it comes out. Even if I get positive feedback, that doesn't change my mind, at all. If I think something sucks, it sucks, period. And that goes for the drawings of this puzzle too for instance. And mind that I know that they're good, that many people could say they wouldn't be able to draw like that, but still, they're not like I pictured them in my mind. I realize that with a lot of practice I could really improve, BUT... if I don't see immediate results when I do something, I lose interest pretty quickly. So what could be a nice hobby of mine becomes a source of frustration. So in my free time I usaully prefer to mindlessly play some videogame rather than drawing, and pity myself, and cry ;P

The "elf girl" is Lae'zel, a githyanki fighter from Baldur's Gate 3. I'm not sure which picture you're referring to with "the girl that look like from Cyberpunk 2077".

In the 1st part you had to rearrange the characters so that by moving them you'd obtain the eight Bagua trigrams in the right order.
In the OP I said I was inspired by a game I recently won here (Detention). On my Steam profile the 1st thing you can see is a screenshot of that game with those very symbols numbered.
The characters depicted are the ones listed in WaxWorm's post above.
See the pitcure below for the right order.
For the 2nd part you had a riddle pointing you at the weapons and telling you that a game and a place can be the same.
You had to zoom in on the weapons. With a little effort or thanks to some img editing software you could read ISO 3 1 6 6 -1 α -2 in the order. If you search for it on google you can land on this page.
The way a game and a place can be the same is by using acronyms. So for example: Hollow Knight would be HK that corresponds to Honk Kong in the ISO. The answers of the 2nd 2solve.me are indeed country names.
That's it.
On a side note. The 2nd part has been solved by 49 people according to 2solve.me. But I had more than 50 unique GA entries by the end. That means someone leaked the GA links. That honestly sucks.
