A very small support team has pretty close to 3000 open tickets right now. All you can do is to be patient.

Depends on the tickets. Some are easy to resolve, others will never be resolved. If you're happy to divulge your problem, one of us normies may be able to give you an indication of whether your issue will/can be resolved.

Or with other words don't count on solved tickets besides Reroll requests, delete GA requests and add game requests.
