problem resolved, I think this thread can be locked now

i had a similar problem earlier, lol. my email to the winner wasnt going through so i sent him a friend request through steam and he rejected it. tried again, and he rejected again. :/ Finally the email went through sooo happy ending i guess.

1) Try to contact through Steam.
2) If no response, or the person blocks you, contact by email.
3) If still no response, collect evidence of your attempts to contact the person.
4) Wait for the seven-day deadline to pass.
5) Make a Support ticket asking for a re-roll with the reason "winner failed to respond."

I usually get a response by step #2. This time, however, I'm all the way up to step #4.
