Hello SG people!
So I need to go to my country's capital city in couple of hours to attend an event. And I fucking hate going there, it is ugly, people are not nice and the moment my foot touches this city's ground I immediately want to go back to my hometown.
I needed a topic for my train so you saw what I did :D

Now is that because you always say yes or because you actually like it.

Both this time. I do like it even though it was almost completely destroyed during second world war. But i like rest of my country too so the answer is simply - Yes. Yes.

No, it's pretentious, everything is way too expensive, it's crowded and loud.

Well my capital city is Sacramento, CA and from what I've heard it's basically a boring governmental city that literally no one wants to live in. Love your name on steam by the way (Ratonhnhake:ton!!)

A Californian I see. SoCal or NorCal? Yeah Sacramento is middle of nowhere. I don't know why the city became the capital.

Oh wow that's so funny, did you feel the earthquake that happened like 5 minutes ago?

I just sat in bed while internet surfing. If I don't see the ceiling about to fall, then it is not an earthquake to be panicked about. Typical apathetic feeling to earthquakes from living in California all of my life. :P

Oh yeah I wasn't about to get out of bed to hide under something because of a little earthquake ;p I'll only truly be scared when the shaking is bad enough to break stuff, and then I'm getting the hell out of california lol

Well I live in my country's capital and I love it here. When I was a kid and my parents used to drag me off to the countryside every weekend I used to joke that I just can't function properly without a hint of smog in the air. But yea people around here are sometimes considered kind of jerks by the rest of the country but that's just part of our unique charme :D

Yeah thats really sad how the capital cities draw all good jobs there.
Like if you are investor and you want to open new jobs in a foreign country, the first place you look is the capital city.

not exactly. you look at two things: resources and costs. (resources includes employees and business connections).

If it's about creating e.g. a cheap factory, you want it to be in a low-cost area, but one where there's enough population to supply the labor you need. But, if it's something like a sales office, you want the skilled workers you're mroe likely to find in a major city, and you want the connections and networking that's more likely to occur in a major city.

I've heard a lot about Israel and its really sad how people want to separete it.
Also I've red an article in one political magazine (which is quite honest) and the article was about the relationship between Barak Obama and Israel.

Absolutely, for tourism it's surely one of the most beautiful cities in the world!
My opinion comes from seeing it as the embodiment, the living symbol of what is wrong in our country and in us Italians, but I think you expected something like that :)

I can see what you mean because I visited some friends living in the so-called 'less touristic areas'. It's similar to Paris in a sense, having beautiful places to see where tourists can splash their money, but also areas of poverty where the living standard is far lower than the one shown. Still, as a tourist, I loved visiting Venice, Milan, Rome and Florence. Beautiful places. :D
