The Amazing Spider-Man - good game?

You know, there were technical issues with it. Not sure if they fixed them. Also I played it with a controller but didn't like the control scheme. Furthermore the swing effect is kinda odd. Spidey shoots web strings to nowhere in the sky while swinging. But the biggest problem is that the city is somewhat empty. Not much action happening outside. Most of the actions are placed inside buildings, tight places. Which doesn't really fit a Spiderman game.
