Its finally arrived

a few months ago I bought a couple games on newegg and did the mail-in rebate

1 of the two has finally came through.. now I need to decide how to spend this $10

who wants to help me :)

I bought X-3 Terran Conflict 2.0 and The Witcher enhanced on April 23rd, took 1-2 days to get the rebate into the mail(I forget how long)

only got one, so I will find the copies of the rebate forms and check the status on the other soon

it took 2 days to get the games, it took a few months to get the rebate money(I burned a newegg promo gift card to get the games, so nothing out of pocket)

Probly not the order but the mail-in rebates... they take their time with those.

I had a few of them when I built my new PC last year and they can take up to 4 months to send you back a check or prepaid credit card.

I didn't bother with them on my PC parts, because it meant terrorizing their boxes(I wasn't going to destroy a bunch of boxes for 40 bucks)

checked status on other rebate.. still being processed >>

.. im one of those guys.. who keeps boxes for everything
thats why I still have mint condition boxes for the NES/SNES/NES games/SNES games/N64 games.. etc..

now when it comes to a UPC code printed on fancy paper under a plastic sleeve, thats another story

haha same here, still have my SNES/MegaDrive and the box for the huge bazooka for SNES XD
Always keep the boxes just in case and because most of the are nice looking ^^
