Okay ... this is rather complicated. I divide $-won by $-sent, the other way round or maybe even numbers won by numbers sent?
I think the number you might be looking for in my case is 2.45?

Okay, so some of you have pointed out that it's difficult to understand whether you are eligible for the whitelist. I'm not trying to make it seem complicated, I just want a way of calculating who has given away more than they have won.

I am open to suggestions on a better way of calculating of explanation of the ratio requirements.

Eligible -->
Under $1000 = 2 times (example - so you would need to have won $450 and given away $900)

Calculation:
Calculate this by using your won figure (93) and multiplying it by 1.5 or 2. (93x2= 184)
Or by taking your given away (687) figure and dividing it by 1.5 or 2. (687/2= 343,50)

Think i have everything your giving away plus i have won a ton of Group Ga's in the past two months so my ratio is screwed currently lol.

Won figure is 84.42 and given away is 272.79 as of this comment.
84.42*2=168.84, and since 168.84 < 272.79, I'm eligible, right?
