Test Drive Unlimited 2 - Infinite Loading Screen

Heyo,
so my TDU 2 just freezes when i start it and infinitly loads.

i already tried:
reinstalling the game
verifiing game data
deleting save
installing on a new HDD
contacting ATARI (they said: F*** off, we do not support you)
contacting Steam (they say: contact ATARI)
deleting updates

If one of you has an idea that will make the game run he can win something (not bundled) :)

same shit with Ship Simulator Extremes. I'm asking for a refund because I cannot launch the game at all.

Still not had an e-mail from Atari.But I have managed to get it working simply by reinstalling the game.Thats all I can recommend you to do too.
