It's hard to decide for me for the first issue as I don;t know any of those games. But I think the one you didn't play would be a batter choice to buy right now. Just my own view.
As for your budgie, Melody: I'm very sorry to hear that she has some health problems. I know how hard it is to have an ill pet and I hope both of you will overcome it. Best wishes!!

I don't know what games you usually play but I would check both of them out, I really loved Dragon's Dogma and The Evil Within's demo looks awesome.

I play adventure (point & click) games some RPGs and recently I discovered Hidden Object Games and I'm in love with them. But I can look up Dragon's Dogma as it sounds more RPGish ;)

I love point and click games!!! that's how I became a gamer in the first place..good old monkey island :D check the train out, the remastered version of grim fandango is one of the games available in my giveaway. I am not really a fan of Hidden Object games tbh but I love rpgs. I think you will enjoy Dragon's Dogma ;) just stay away from Bitterblack island until you finish the game for the first time.

Considering how the stuff usually goes, I would say you'll have a better chance at The Evil Within having a steep discount, seeing that it's been around for a while. I'm not sure it'll make a huge amount of difference though, so you might just be happier with buying the one you look forward to playing to the most first.
The tech here in the Netherlands is pretty good though, so I hope your budgie will get better (^w^)

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I highly doubt that Dragon's Dogma is going to have a big discount within the first year of release on PC. It is more likely to have The Evil Within going down or maybe get bundled in a Bethesda special bundle..........maaaaybe? :P

Dragons Dogma. On PC its a FIXED game, because on console it was a technical disaster with fps dropping to 15. On PC this game got new life and its really worth to purchase it.

That's a good idea =D The most expensive one is The Evil Within which is most likely going on sales and according to "isthereanydeal website" it has been down to £5.24 on steam before O_O

Is your budgie regurgitating to offer food to you or other companions? because that is normal behaviour, however Melody regurgitates and lose weight. Unfortunately she has been as low as 31g before and that is why we are concerned. The vet is still positive about her condition, unlike last month when we were on the edge of putting her down :(

I guess he does it to offer food to me, because he's the only budgie we have. Sometimes he looks thinner, but other than that, he's always been fine (though we were told that if he kept regurgitating repeatedly, it could be very bad for his health). Anyway, he always seems to be happy. In your case, however, if you were thinking about putting Melody down, I can imagine that the poor animal was suffering... :`( I hope it all ends well for her, sincerely ^^
About The evil within, I haven't actually played it (because my pc doesn't meet the requirements) and can't remember how I first heard about it. I really wish I could play it, since I love the Resident Evil franchise and they have a lot in common.
About the other option, Dragon's Dogma, I have no doubt it's a pretty good game too, but personally I've watched my brother play the previous game (on PS3) and it didn't quite get my attention.

Yeah :/ the problem with budgies is that they get attached to us so much and treat us like their own flock. I mean that is a great thing but it can damage their health. For example females budgies if they grow a bond with their owner they may start to lay eggs thinking that they'll hatch because of their love for the person who takes care of them...unfortunately that is not enough for eggs to hatch and eventually it leads to the female to become depressed. Males (but females can do that too) regurgitate to offer food to the person who takes care of them, or their favorite toy/mirror. in the end they'll see the person/toy/mirror doesn't accept the offer and end up re-eating their regurgitated food, and regurgitate it again :( I am sure you are a great owner but please keep an extra eye on your fluffy friend regarding the regurgitation thing. I think he loves you a lot and that may be reason he does that but I am no expert nor I know your situation so I am just sharing a friendly advice from a bird lover to another :)
Aww it sucks when pc don't meet requirements :( I had to upgrade mine for The Witcher 2 and hopefully my specs will be enough for me to play new games until next year. I'm sure at some point you'll be able to play it or get it on console if you own one :D

Dragons Dogma! Buy it on Green Man Gaming and use their 20% off voucher! If you sign up they will often send out emails for soon to be released games for even a little bit more off than the voucher displayed on the site. I was able to preorder the game for $22 because of a 25% off voucher they sent on Tuesday. They sent an email for a 27% off voucher for the new Tomb Raider game too.
I know that GMG has been getting flack over the mystery bundles they offer. However I have never had any problems with them. When it comes to new games that I just have to have, GMG has become my go to site because of that 20% off.

I've got 15 at the moment :O I had settled on 12 as a comfortable number but I got a new girl in November and it turned out that she was secretly pregnant, so she had three healthy babies on New Year's Day. I don't breed any of my pigs, they're separated into same-sex groups, so it was a surprise to say the least!
I've been keeping pigs for seven years now so I have a pretty good handle on their health issues, what to look out for, etc. There are very few exotic vets in Ireland but I was very lucky to find a regular vet who loves piggies and used to breed them, so he keeps very up to date on their treatment, etc. He's on the other side of the city but worth the journey as most small animal vets don't have a clue. I was there before Christmas having one of my girls put to sleep and there was a guy there with his cockatoo (I think that was the type) waiting for the same thing, but the amazing thing was that his bird was 18 years old! He had his daughter with him and she was only 15 so they had had their beautiful friend for even longer than their daughter. It was so sad but wonderful to see how much they loved him and how well cared for he was.
I'm pretty surprised that in a city the size of London there aren't more avian treatment centres. I can understand why in Ireland there aren't more exotic specialists - the population just isn't big enough to justify it - but I would have thought that in and around London there would be a few places.

The first is, give me an advice:
Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen has been released on steam yesterday. I played the Xbox version 2 years ago and I really want to play it on pc since I don't have the console anymore. However I played the demo of The Evil Within and I would like to purchase that game to. Which one should I get? I will get both eventually but I'll get the second one of Summer Sales probably. Help me decide please :D
The second thing is, please keep sending positive vibes to my lovely budgie Melody who has been sick for a while. She gets better for few weeks and then fall back :( The vet said she has liver disease and her liver has been promptly regenerating but for some reason she tries to regurgitate at times because of something in her crop :( The vet decided to send her saliva and poop swabs to Holland where they will be able to find if there is something that technology in UK is missing. This is all we can do for her and if nothing is found and the crop situation doesn't improve then...there won't be any more hope for her. She has been raised with lots of love and is very attached to me, if you have a pet or a child you'll understand how I feel.
