LA Noire on PC

I don't see anything bad with it. just needs to be a bit more optimized.

any rockstar game is shit. hopeless at porting games to the pc, one developer that should stay on potato's

GTA IV is worse. now with the patches, LA noire runs pretty good for me. You forget about the 30 FPS cap, because the story pulls you in.

-str -npd -nonv in command line then it won't have performance issues if that's your problem is...otherwise, it's a freaking awesome game ;)

You're talking about the port, aren't ya? and the 3 FPS you're having

There's a way to fix it: In the launcher, in the options, there's "command line" option. Type -str there.

No issues, runs good, is fun.

I assume you're saying it's the worst port to PC, but even then you'd be wrong. Try playing the new game DARK. When you use the arrow keys to turn, it literally teleports the player model left, right, etc. There are no animations for turning with the arrow keys, just instant turns.

I haven't noticed anything wrong with the PC version of L.A. Noire, I'm enjoying it.

It has a great story but the optimization is horrible, I can't get more than 20 FPS playing on low settings.

If this thread is about the game stuttering on your PC (would be great if you detailed it more than simply calling it "the worst"), try adding -str and/or -npd as a startup command, these fixed all my problems. Cheers.

I had problems at the beginning, but I tried some of the launch options and one worked for me.

The open-world part is a bit of a joke, but the actual game and story I liked very much.

I played it with gamepad so can't comment on kb/m experience, but as long as performance, I had no issue.

Played it whit no big issues, but the 30 FPS cap is anoying.

i thought duke nukem forever was the worst game i have played
