If you want to access the Steam keys to give them away individually, then yes. If you want to gift the entire thing, then don't activate (redeem) it.

What keys are activated(added in your library) they are gone/useless/finito and nothing more can be done with them (you simply have these games for yourself). The keys that are not used you can do whatever you want - giveaway here, send to friend or never use 'em if you prefer.
The only difference in the giveaway profile is that you see the codes in a different place(gift link) but it doen't matter.

Guys i have a question,i just bought the Indie Gala Colossus, and i bought it as a gift to receive 2 copies.
I already used the keys from one of the gifts to my steam account, does i need to send it to myself, even after activating it?i mean even after activating them,ir i don't need to send it to anyone?
Thank you.
