Can We Create Giveaways for Gift Items in our Steam Inventories?

I appear to have 4-6 gifts in my Steam Inventory. Can those still be used for giveaways on this site? If so, would I list them and send the gift as an e-mail -or- is it preferred to do a direct Steam system gift to another user?

Of course it's allowed and you can use any methods to deliver the gifts to the winners.

just remember to set up region lock if there is one on them, and if they were given out for free before or are beta/time keys, than you are out of luck!
