I saw some people who create GA in SG, but their description is telling that if the key is not working, pls let him to delete the GA? So? should i just post every keys that i am having right now, but unsure about the availability and do the same as them? Thanks

It's not forbidding but it's not a binding disclaimer neither. The winner has the right to demand a working key if the first one turns out dupe.

So basically those GA creators are betting on their winners being nice and / or not aware of the rules.

Indeed. In general I rather recommend to give those keys to a friend that wants them or drop them in the Orphan key thread using a site like http://www.keygiveaway.com. And to keep better track of your key list in the future / not reveal keys until you're going to use them.

But it is an option I guess if somebody desperately wants the CV.

They can only delete the giveaway if the winner allows it. It's considered a courtesy to allow the deletion, though.

You should do that only in groups where you know all group members are nice.
Then the chance is high, that the winner agrees to delete, if the key should not work.

In a public GA, you may encounter someone who doesen't and then you have to provide another key or keep the "not recieved".

If that doesn't happen too often you will NOT get suspended, since this is no fake GA if 20 out of 25 keys or something don't work, then you get trouble

You have right to not enter into a GA like this.
It's not obligatory to enter into any GA you see.

Equally you have a right not to agree to delete the giveaway.

If you would've read the description, you would have known about the fact, that it is a "could" key. Happy cakeday god! :)

If GA creator writes, that key is not redeemable in your country (like games blocked in Germany etc,) = you will demand working key? (= example of situation when you don't read description).

So if creator don't have second key - just mark GA as not received if you don't agree to delete GA.
You're been warned, that there are possibility, that key may not work.

Where is problem?

PS. Happy Cakeday!

I'm not saying that isn't the way to go about it but there are plenty of users who will harass you about it until you either outright accept/deny the deletion. The problem users in this whole situation are the giveaway creators not the winners.

I had myself few situations where my key don't work and if I can't easily get other, I asked to delete my GA.
Winner agreed.

Also - I been asked to agree to delete GA when I won a game and key been duplicated.
I never created a problem for this and agreed to delete it - it's just a game and broken key can happen to everyone.
And I alwast tried to force GA creator to do not buy especially this game for me on steam shop.

Of course we don't talking here on 1-day accounts with GTA5....

Ninja Retreat is one group with specific rules that enable such giveaways. It requires members to agree to GA deletion if the key turns out to be bad. I suggest you read the rules carefully before asking to join.
