C) depends under what factors. CV-wise, it's much better to give away bundled games. Community-wise, it should be obvious that everybody wants 1 Fallout 4 and not 100 Digital Homicide games.

you can't buy from the store directly. buy items like cards/gem sacks/tf2 and csgo keys, then trade with users in row regions.
public ga is the same. whitelist/group/invite-only need at least 5 entries to give you cv.
always quality, unless you want to farm cv.
