I think you can, though if I were you I wouldn't since it'd be better for that game to go to someone who doesn't own it somewhere else. I don't really know anything about Desura though.

It's debatable if that's alright thing to do, but if you don't have the game on Steam, site rules allow it.

Alright, seems like the consensus is that it's not against the rules, but you'd be a dick for doing so... If only desura copies of games carried over to steam as well...
