Now that I think about it ... Saper was probably my first pirated game.
Only steam games on PC right now and legit W7 so that makes my Saper legit too! ;-)

Saints Row The Third, Batman Arkham Asylum, Dark Souls, Borderlands (not 2, kinda dont like that one...) Unreal Universe (Tournament, 2004 and 3), Fallout 3, Dawn of War 2 and probably few more... Since Space Marine i stay away from preorders and want to check out how game is before i pay for it. Demos are not enough if theres one even...

I've never bought a game I've 'borrowed' the reason I 'borrowed' them in the first place was because I wasn't sure I would like them and every time my initial gut feeling was correct. Now I just go with that gut feeling.

Until late 2010 that included almost every game I ever bought. Without the sneakernet I wouldn't have even have heard of most of the games I own - and there's no "eventually" about it. Most recently, I bought Team Fortress 2 after getting a cracked version at a LAN.

CoD WaW,
Bioshock 2,
Borderlands,
Crysis,
Dead Space 2,
Hard Reset,
Killing Floor,
Metro 2033,
Portal 2.

These were all before I had my job. Now that I have money, I only pirate games to see if I would like them enough to buy them. For example, tried Dark Souls, realized it wasn't my cup of tea, deleted, $40 saved. But I just love the Steam integration that can't be beat with DRM free games, so I always get all my games on Steam now that I can afford to.

Ugh, list is too long. I usually buy my favourites if I pirated them before.

VVVVVV, it turned out to be way more fun than I was expecting, and it didn't feel right doing a video series with a pirated copy.

None. In other words: If I pirate something, I already pirated it so why buy it?

The devs already got paid, Its just the publisher gaining money. (Unless its an indie game)
Besides, Why redownload when you can just keep playing that perfectly fine pirated version?

Im currently playing Bioshock 1 & 2 (Never played em) pirated. Why? Coz theyre single player games, So pirating em doesnt have any downsides. Online-heavy games like BF3, MW3, Mount & Blade, Etc I buy though, Coz you cant play online without a legit copy.

Its pretty dumb to buy SP only games in my opinion... Just a waste of money when you could have it for free.

Not true dude -_-'', devs still get paid based on sales. If they were paid just for the game itself, do you know how hard it would be to for developers to make money?

Hmm, the original Half-Life was actually the first thing CD-based game I ever pirated (lol I remember buying the CD-R; it was $7 or so at the time), of course I fell in love with the series. Same thing happened with Mass Effect. Hmm not much else comes to mind; I never was a big pirate of video games... now movies, anime, music, etc... well that's a different matter =p.

Hmm... Killing Floor, Borderlands, The Witcher, Dragon Age: Origins, Dead Space, The Last Remnant, Supreme Commander, Deus Ex: HR, STALKER series, Psychonauts, Gothic 3, Torchlight, Black Ops, Terraria, Far Cry 2, Just Cause 2, Blur, EYE Divine Cybermancy, Warhammer 40k: DoW 2, Defense Grid, Orcs Must Die!, Portal 1, Portal 2, Magicka, Sacred, Dead Island, Bastion, Arma 2, Grotesque Tactics.
This was all when I didn't work, was younger and had no money. Now I have money, so now I can just simply buy. I've bought everything I pirated before, and I still enjoy those games immensely.
