Johnny Kelbitz returns (TLAD) and gets killed by Trevor. Tevor banged Ashley and Johnny gets mad.

Franklin dies at the docks. His dog, Chop also dies. He wanted to save him.

Michael also dies but a bit later.

At the end you can only play with Trevor.

Oh and the most painful part of the game: Trevor's penis get's cut off.
