If you blacklist somebody, once they notice, most folks will do a revenge blacklist.
And of course, creating a thread relating to blacklists will increase your number as well.

Probably it would say you are blacklisted if you try to enter their giveaways (through their profile/posts/your past giveaways won etc). Don't think there's an easy manual way to check.
