The problem with a gift.

This is my first attempt to hand a gift ( http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/2QfJ3/the-ship ) and I do not know what to do. I have sent the winner to mail a gift and added steam. In steam written him that he is a winner and that the post office waiting for him a gift, but no response. What I do: re-select the winner ( can i do it? ) or the distribution of gifts to re-create?
