Hello, i have a question if it says Region Locked: This game is restricted to South America, you only can redeem it on SA or you only can play in SA?

no, don't force it. It looks like GTA V in nuuvem is a special case. It detects your paypal's address even with a VPN

Also that one is truly region locked

Don't hold me to it but on Steam you can redeem in the country then play the game in any country. But this GTA key is for R* Social Club so not sure how they do tings.
