Resident Evil: The Final Chapter

I'm sorry but Event Horizon,Ghost Ship and especially Thir13es Ghosts are terrible. Pandorum and Cabin was good.

My advice to everyone who enjoys movies like Ghost Ship and Event Horizon, just check more 80s horror, those type of movies where everywhere, in fact Ghost Ship is already remake of an 80s flick...not a good one, neither is that one tbh

Really hard to say but i guess Carpenter's The Thing is the movie i've seen most times so let's consider it my favorite.
P.S as huge horror fan my i guess is that i will get triggered by some answers on this thread..

28 Days Later. I'm a huge zombie fan. I miss the time when the zombie market was "oversaturated". It was never oversaturated for me. =(
Edit: just to mention a non-zombie film, I consider Babadook one of the best movies I have ever watched.

Not "really really" liked it, but it isn't horrible as much as people say it is :D
Had the special edition cuts and one after another you can see the different styles of directing.
After that I realized that Alien 3 is David Fincher's first movie and I love his movies, so that is making Alien 3 more tolerable for me :D

I love zombies movie, my fave is 28 days later and resident evil( though I prefer the game one)
lately i just watched shaun of the dead it was awesome and funny as hell too
the shining, the mist, carrie are also a great horror masterpiece (all the story made by stephen king just like IT)
I was planning to watch IT later, can't wait for it! :)

Seen this yesterday, it's so well constructed, to me it was such a great ending, in which it doesnt try to justify the characters actions, or pretend there are no consequences for those choices.

Some I really like:
The Descent
REC
The Thing (need to watch in a good day though, as it shows some sign of "age")
Get Out (although its REALLY linear and easy to predict)
The Night of the Living Dead (1990 one)
The Mist
The Exorcist (aged really well - it might be the best horror movie ever done)

I love Jason takes Manhattan, but it's comedy basically. :'D
The Thing is good.
I haven't really seen many good horror movies (that could be classified as a horror in my view) but then I haven't seen a lot of them, so I'll probably get inspired by this thread as well. .D

I'm partial to original asian horror movies.
Ju-On, Ringu, Shutter, The Eye, Dark Water, Into the Mirror... if you were wondering where holywood get's the "ideas".
Just found 2 lists on IMDB:
Korean Horror Movies
Asian Horror Films from 1995-Present

Would recommend Absentia, Lovely Molly, and Sinister
I'm not entirely sure what my favorite horror movie is, so I'm just going to say the original Evil Dead or A Tale of Two Sisters

Hellraiser / Hellraiser: Hellbound / Hellraiser: Hellseeker. The other movies in the series, not so much.

I went trough all of them in just one week, i'm still traumatized by how terrible these series get. Some of them where easily the worst movies i've seen in all my life, the last one doesn't even classify as a movie
