Wow so this Fortix has been re-gifted twice already? Man there needs to be an auto-activate feature when people get their won games. I don't understand why people enter giveaways for games they have no interest in keeping, in the first place...

Unfortunately there will be idiots that enter your giveaways as well as people who really want the game. You just got shit luck and had idiots win both your Fortix giveaways and try to re-gift them. I had some good luck so far and all 4 winners of my giveaways activated the gifts as soon as I gave it to them through Steam trade (though 1 didn't even bother to say thanks, but oh well). Just in case I get someone who tries to re-gift, trade, or has the game in their library/inventory I always give them the game through Steam trade, after I check their profiles. Once I give them the game, I check to see if their game count increases and if it doesn't just check their inventory to see if they have the games or if they're trying to trade/re-gift them through SG, ST, or Steam froums. When you catch them, take appropriate screenshots and include them in your support ticket. They will get banned soon after.
