It's actually a deal of the day/midweek or whatever, it just didn't expire for some reason. By the way, I bought this game a couple days ago (on the aforementioned deal) and I totally recommend it.
Very addicting little thing!

It was a daily deal on Sunday, but that expired normally and it was at its normal price again yesterday. It just went back on sale a few hours ago.

EDIT: People do seem to like it quite a bit so I may have to pick it up myself.
