Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3 had a co-op story mode for up to 2 players, but it used GameSpy. There are fan-made solutions to still play the campaign cooperatively -- at least I played it cooperatively after GameSpy discontinued their services, but it's been about two years.
So, that's about half of what you asked.

I want a silly game where you play with cute animals who fight each other ^^
This looks close enough: http://store.steampowered.com/app/285900/Gang_Beasts/

Dragon Ball MMO was awesome..
Sadly was full jap with no english patch when i played.
And i hated when they added flying.. Movement became too easy.

There's that Everything "game", which is halfway there. It's not super advanced or realistic, but close enough.
There would be no hunting, no eating, no violence
operate under a great AI.
I don't think those two really work together. Either you go for a realistic simulation or just a zoo to see the pretty animals. I don't see how something in between would make much sense.
Not that any of those would constitute a game, you probably want something like a Zoo simulator, which I'd be surprised if there wasn't one.

I wish someone would get off their butts and make 3D ultra Pinball Remastered for Steam.

Okay so ...
You are Toiley , the Toilet paper roll who was just released from the toilet paper factory and got the house of Mr PoopFace 4000 , Mrs Poopstain 5000 and their child Poopfeast 10000 .
The goal of the game is to survive as long as possible in a dangerous enviroment of constantly shitting people .
You can use the enviroment to your advantage , force them to wipe their ass with random stuff ...
Maybe the kitchen roll ? Maybe a old newspaper ? Maybe use the Turbo Dildo 5 million to plug the poop back up their ass ... its all up to your creativity !
IT is open world, we will have day 1 DLC and microtransaction .
Varying from the size of the toilet paper , to adding custom images on it , smell ... and even buying an ACTUAL REAL LIFE TOILET PAPER ROLL FOR ONLY 99.99$ .

I've always wanted an R-Rated Harvest Moon / Stardew Valley type game. Something where you could steal from other people, steal other people's spouses, hurt villagers, take people on objectives/dungeons with you, own a shop, play instruments on the street for money.. I could go on and on. I had mapped out a whole game at one point, written down all my ideas for it. I lack the skill needed to create something like this though.

An open world, survival zombie game that is not:

I prefer third person which games like DayZ, Miscreated, H1Z1, etc. has. Also, Dying Light is similar, but opinionated to be better than Dead Island. However, I did not enjoy Dead Island, so I think I will not enjoy Dying Light either. Lastly, Dying Light has the horror aspect for night time. I want a zombie game with a focus on survival and crafting, not fear.

So?
The original and the sequel are positive. Most of the 3rd person standaone reviews didn't like the controls.
As far as you know, you might. And it was bundled so it can be cheap to trade for.
But if you want a more comedic thing, the Dead Rising games are worth a shot.

You probably wouldn't see me ever again.

So, hereβs the Elevator Pitch : Monster Rancher with robots!
So, in more detail, imagine if you will:
The world is at war, with lets say big clompy aliens. Like, Spider Crabs from Tekkaman or Starship Troopers. In order to win the war, Earth turns to cloning an army of expendable, highly specialised warriors, trained to fight in large scale mecha suits.
Because of the cloning aspect, you can choose the exact look of your character, imagine the customisation options of Artificial Girl / TechArts3D Custom Girl for instance.
You then have to train them, Princess Maker / IdolM@ster style, ensuring that they have a balance of skills to be prepared for every eventuality on the battlefield, where any given day is broken up into 3 parts: Morning, Afternoon and Evening. The activities chosen affect the skills learned ( e.g. Weapons training to increase fighting skills, General Knowledge to increase intelligence, Resting to reduce pilotβs stress levels etc etc )
Along the way, you will also have to research MECHA PARTS and WEAPONS, similar to the research options in X-COM. Mecha can be constructed and upgraded a la Chromehounds.
Much like IdolM@ster, there are rival clone manufacturers, all vying for the Grand Prize of being the research lab chosen by the Government to supply the entire clone army for the Earth ( aka swimming in money ). To prove your worth, there will be regular tournaments, which will switch to a 3rd person turn based strategy. Basically Front Mission 3.
All the training of the pilot and the mecha research comes together here, providing the stats; the move speed of the mech, the weapons available, the accuracy of the pilot, luck, hit points.
Winning these tournaments move you one step closer to THE BIG BAD of the alien race, devoting the entire final third of the game to a campaign of turn based skirmishes pushing the enemies away, before taking the fight to their home world. During this time, performance in battles will determine the skill increases. Research will continue in the background as normal.
Too many games are real time action games. I'm old. I need turn based. Means I can eat and play at the same time. I've also got no interest in multiplayer.

For years, I've wanted a city builder that was sort of a "macro game" that incorporated other games. So for example: you're building a city, and decide you want to build a theme park. The game switches you over to "theme park builder mode" and you build your theme park, and then you switch back to the macro-game and there's the theme park (rendered smaller and in less detail, of course) in your city.
Later, you decide you want to drive around your city, so the game switches you over to "driving simulator mode" and you drive around.
When you decide you want to run the pizza shop that just opened up in your city, the game switches you to "restaurant manager mode" and you run that for a while.
When you decide you want to play golf on the golf course that you built earlier -- using "golf course designer mode" of course -- the game switches you to "golf mode" and you play a round of golf.
When you decide that you want to explore the uninhabited forest in the northern part of the map, the game switches you to "hiking simulator" mode.
Etc.
In my mind, the modes would be different EXE files, all somehow integrated together via the macro-game. (Primarily because a single game probably couldn't do all of this at the level of detail I'm thinking about).
So yeah, that's been rattling around in my brain for probably 20 years. Now that I've written it down, I need it to come true!

Streets of SimCity (I actually owned this. It was not good...)

I was going to mention the same thing. There was a flying one too. That actually might be a cool idea to revisit.

Ive always for a while now want to make a post appocolptic death racing game where you can choose from all sorts of vehicles, bikes, trucks, convertibles, etc. all very either reinforced or junky as i love them that way and so on, the atmoshpere, skies, colors would be very dark, red, black, rusty, dirty, flithy, unless i suppose someone pays hefty sums to stand out. Vehicles would be outfited with devices of your choice and even crew members with all variety of guns and devices aswell, as much and many as possible. Maybe even an alliance option per race, who you wanna partner up with. Races would mostly partake in creepy giant cities. Maybe even some powerups could be added. Its an ongoing appoclypse so world changing events would happen that forced you to either avoid or risk it big in the shitstorms and what not that could pop up. Should be gory and very destructive, watching as your crew gets shot and such during races, whom which you should heal or replace, with a chance of them dying for real. Probably forgeting other details... id love to voice act the announcer/narrator myself with a very deep voice and scatter plenty of easter eggs around here and there, not too overwhelmingly ofcourse. Thats the main part of the game, the other part of the game is a 3rd person shooter, based on player and npc garage/base raiding from which you will get what you need to upgrade your car and crew and own base, which is secondary but still there, with money, parts, maybe defected crew members, weapons, accesories maybe, all that good stuff. Id love if that part was close to Crimecrafts gameplay, which by the way is closing, so play it while you can.

Does anyone here wished a game existed but it doesn't?
Post your cool ideas here for the next world of warcraft or dota.
