Can't Record Games

So i just got a new graphic card, it's an Amd Radeon R7 240 1Gb Gddr5 and it's great, i can play all games on High and some even of Ultra like Tomb Raider,AC4, Mortal Kombat(runs on 60fps all settings on very high),Pes 2014 but when i record i have high fps like 45-50 but the game runs like it's in slow motion, i don't know what to do, i've tried multiple programs like Bandicam and Action,Fraps but none of them work.
