Are you disappointed in some high level users?
Are you not allowed to reroll or what do you mean? some can be away on a vacation or something

"Your account is flagged as having some unactivated Wins or your profile is Private.
This also can happen when Steam is down when you account synchronizes, if that is the case synchronize again."
You know what's funny? I do have the game activated and on my library, but there's no Steam store page for it anymore. :')

EDIT: crisis averted, now everything's fine.

that damn bourgeoisie thinking they can break rules because they give away tons of games! the time of low levels will soon come and then it will be free games for everybody!

I've recently come across a level 10 user who uses a bot for entering giveaways.
It's a bit sad, but I blacklisted them.

Why there are so many rule breakers on high levels?
Don't assume a high level means anything other than that people have been here long enough to have attained 9 or 10 through sheer number of giveaways/gamed the system with regional prices before it changed.
There are exceptions that prove the rule, but nowadays if someone wants to get level 6+ all they have to do is give away a few humble monthly games.

I'm only kind of dissapointed with really high level users that only make giveaways for very exclusive groups (4,3 or even 2 entries) I prefer the leechers to be honest.
Don't understand why. Isn't that somewhat like trading? Or there is something fishy? Several of this users won my public level 5, or 6 giveaways. I think it's kind of unfair. I don't blacklist or anything, because is not against the rules, but it is a bummer.

CV was abused so many times, that even among 10+ level users there are some douches.

Why there are so many rule breakers on high levels?
I made a few 5+ GAs last week and there was one all valid reroll and few winners that I even haven't bother to create a ticket, because their "crimes" was made two, three or four month ago... I just blacklisted them.
Why someone who is here for like 2-4 years and on high level, is still breaking rules?
I'm thinking about making only private and SGTools protected GAs from now on...
EDIT: What I have learned: "You have less rules breakers on higher levels because well you have less high level users... not because they break rules less" wise words from DontBeSilly.
Now I think that this is really true and describes some of you comments well. Level doesn't matter :)
And some of you are telling me to report rule-breaker no matter what, but I'm just discouraged to do this, by some moderators officiousness in those cases...
Here's your lvl 5+ train ->
