Donator? (and other problem)

I havent seen any mention, but i was wondering if there were perhaps some way, maybe becoming a donator somehow, to get the perk of autobumps? further, i dont see to be able to get rid of the messages nofication, its stuck at 99+ any help/ideas on these matters would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

There's a big button at the left side of the page that says 'mark as read'. click it and behold.

Also, I have no idea what an autombump is

Laugh how? pretty much every other site has a donators panel with perks such as autobump, p2w?.....that made me laugh.
