i don't have an answer to your question, in fact i don't understand it; i just wanted to point out that the keys have been taken (silently).

Steamtrades has no moderation. You need 60% of the votes in your favor. voting lasts for a few days.

I got a negative review because I sold a few games for $19 and I only received $18. That site is garbage. The owner here CG doesn't give a damn about it.

I had a bad experience with review voting. I gave a guy a negative review because he lied to me before and during a trade (and afterward during our spat). His response was to change his review to a negative one and lie in the review. My negative review was removed/canceled by voting whereas his (the dishonest one) was upheld. Such is Life™.
