Like Sakre99 mentioned above, SEGA tweeted that you don't need to do anything if you have already subscribed to the e-mail, so my guess is that's why nothing happens if you already have. That or they ran out of keys.

are you using Firefox? If yes it might work if you disable the option "tracking protection" in your browser

Doesn't work for me either (using chrome), so it probably is not the browser. Above here it was mentioned that if you already subscribed to the email you will automaticly get it.

Did you sign up for newsletter during the 2nd part? Did you subscribe to it (you should have gotten an e-mail from SEGA)?

There were two "redeem prize" buttons. The top one was the sign up for the DLC and the bottom was for the games. They were terribly labeled on the page but once you clicked on them they stated what they were.
