One of the users was under a month suspension, until they recently got it appealed,
i deff know that one, and it's been extremely frequent they put the wrong title in for it.
Does this happen often
it didn't used to happen often at all, or rather just about at all. but now it seems to be a biweekly occurrence.
or is it just something to get multiple users suspended because they accidentally clicked "Received"?
hmm, i hadn't ever thought about it that way. idk. kinda doubt it though tbh.
Also, have you ever been burned for marking a key as received on accident?
no

YKLZK-B3???-26FK8 - ???= KNOW without the O ---> I got this one, thank you!
And on the topic, nothing like this has happened to me but with a couple of games I can understand how it might happen, like with the 2 completely different game series called Sparkle. With multi-copy mass giveaways (especially by the game's dev) I'd hope the giver would be a little more careful. I know at least one of these giveaways you're talking about though.

I don't understand why somebody wouldn't test at least one key to make sure they know what game they are giving away, but I'm not experienced in mass giveaways. ¯\(ツ)/¯

With that idiot, yes, it happens frequently, as you yourself have experienced it.
Others who use extorted developer keys at least have the minimal courtesy of actually promoting the games and sending out the correct keys. He, apparently, doesn't give a single fuck.

If we mean the same one it's weird support didn't delete it or sanction them. Different rules I guess

He was suspended for several weeks, but somehow he managed to get back and continue doing giveaways.
I know support always tells us that we don't see anything in the background, but things like that fuel the more widespreading and often-recurring rumour that with good enough connections, one can make those rules bend pretty significantly in their favour.

Everyone has to follow the same rules (aside from cg, who makes the rules). Being a developer or a high-level donor doesn't protect you from being suspended or permabanned.

I know that, but how can we explain that his one-month suspension magically ended after like a week? If it was for all those wrong giveaways, then what could have happened that resulted in a granted appeal? Because the "not received" count sure as hell didn't drop.
Although I chuckled a bit at the "developer" part in this case. =D

The duration of a suspension depends upon multiple factors. It is possible that the user cleared some of the issues with his or her account while serving time for something else. While not all misdemeanors are cumulative, repeated occurrences of the same violation will result in stiffer penalties. For example, a person who has made five posts begging for games will get the same suspension as the person who made one such post, but a person who has previously been suspended for that infraction will have time added to his or her suspension.
While it may not be apparent what steps are being taken to correct a user, he or she is expected to "shape up" or be removed from the site. The Mods only discipline people when necessary, so failure to heed the warning of a Moderator is foolish.

I recently opened a ticket about a user begging for keys and a moderator just gave him a written warning with no suspension.

Recently, I've won 2 Mass giveaways (50+) and the games have not actually been what was given away. One of the users was under a month suspension, until they recently got it appealed, and the other user has many other mass giveaways that are currently running and more starting soon. Does this happen often, or is it just something to get multiple users suspended because they accidentally clicked "Received"? Also, have you ever been burned for marking a key as received on accident?
Please don't hate me, but I used simple puzzles because bots ruin the fun
Here's some extra keys that can't be given away (Please list which ones that you sniped, so that I can remove them from the list):
DPDI8-V??T5-02Y2Q - ?= The channel that featured Attack of the Show!
WVVCB-??9R2-C83EI- ??= Health Relations
