About the game: I couldn't find the game on SteamDB, and the Metacritic page have a summary that looks like the Medieval Politics Steam Page. Are you sure isn't the same game turned free?
About the image: you need to get the image url, not the imgur site url [You can do it clicking with the right mouse button on the image and selecting Copy Image Address].

I'm triying to create a giveaway of this game: Throne of Lies® The Online Game of Deceit
This game is missing on Steam, at least for me, and I cant create the giveaway. I know that Throne of Lies®: Medieval Politics exists, but I dont think it is the same game...
