What's up with the Yoku and Yooka games?

There are an abundance of the Yuka...something, and Yooka...something, games going up for giveaway recently. I'm curious if some site is discounting them or giving them away. The last time I saw this was with Little Nightmares, and I was very late to THAT free giveaway party. I'd hate to miss this one.

thank you for bringing this to my attention, Lugum! I only did a search of the games in question and came up with nothing.
