Wait and see if it goes Steamworks. If it does, you'll be able to play it regardless of region. If it doesn't, then don't bother buying it cause GFWL is closing anyway.

Region restrictions and Not avalaible in your region are different things :((

Yep, it work, i have Dark souls, Fable 3, and some other wich are not available on my region but the keys worked just fine
