I used them before and they was fine for me but nowadays, I use kinguin.net because its easier to shop around other key stores with them.

Is that serious question? I would guess that the 30€ game he wanted to buy was a lot more expensive on steam. So maybe that's why?

Some call it rip off, some call it business plan...

If you used paypal or some other service, you do a chargeback. If you paid with a card directly (against better judgement), contact your bank/card vendor and have them cancel and/or return the payment. Then stay away from these unauthorized game-keys-from-stolen-boxes resellers.

And filing a chargeback means that they lose money too since the credit card company penalizes them.

If it was just a key, that paypal thing won't work most of the time. You'll get something like this after opening a dispute:
"We are denying your buyer’s claim because the item you sold was virtual, digital, or intangible, which is not covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. We only cover claims involving physical items that can be shipped and tracked."

C. Go cry in a corner and think how you fucked up

yeah but i wanted the Prey cd key for steam and this was the only site that had it

You can't get it on cd like on amazon ? Or maybe check a local game store? Also is the game on steam I can't find it there

I bought from them. Both keys activate Prey with no issues.

+1 for this site. Bought from them before (for Prey) and would probably buy from them again.
The "Multiplayer" key is the one that activates on Steam.

The fuckers at Intkeys scammed me once. I'll never buy anything again from those shitty sites.

It's a great site to my opinion, and of my friends. There's a reason it's so high ranked at several sites like Thrustpilot..

Errr, you expected to get cheap keys with no risks whatsoever?

For "regular" stores "anti-fraud check measures" usually means that they'll call you asking for your order's details, to make sure that you are the owner of the card used to pay.
I don't know that site personally, so I'll still advise to be careful about what you are asked for. Don't give personal passwords and/or codes away.

did you use paypal? if yes open a dispute :) so simple!

Make a dispute/chargeback as well. I think it should work.

You scammed your self that's all there is too it.

What if they actually want to check the order, and then fulfill it?

This.
I think it's fun how everyone says the site name is bad and key sites are bad, but there is nothing wrong with the site... The site is protecting the buyer. It's not the shop's fault that the buyer doesn't follow required steps to get past the protection.

i believe that legally speak they shouldn't take the money until after the checks because otherwise they are not completing their contract of sale. (feel free to correct me if i am wrong)

I bought a cd-key from them and they refuse to give it to me or give me my money back. They just say: Your order has been flagged for anti-fraud check measures. My order is however 100% legit. Is there anything i can do or did i just pay them 30 euro for free? This should be illegal, i mean can they just steal money from u just like that?
