Yes, in the experimental feature preferences (i.e., go to chrome://flags), disable every versions of download bubble.

I actually like the change. I hated having that bar pop up and then it changes the ratio for my YT video which is full browser.

Now if only I could find a good tab manager. I want my tabs to open at the end not next to the one I am on. I always want the end tab to get focus when I close something. Not what seems random to me like it is now.

I want my Ctrl click back to the firefox defaults that are basically the reverse of chrome. I've been using chrome for a long time now and I still open tabs in the foreground when I want a background open and vise versa.
