Do you even play games on steam?
I switch phases, gaming phase, anime phase, tv shows phase ect. I just got done with my tv show phase and im in my anime phase atm but im also collecting games that I will eventually come around to when i hit my gaming phase and itll be soon enough and im sure of it. I tend to play a lot too when i do. You can snoop through my profile.

Like 2 months or less at a time, it just depends on how quickly I get bored of the current phase. Tv show phase was over within a month and half and I binged big shows like Vikings and Dexter and finished them all and im like a little over a week into my anime phase so its got some time left. Im still extremely excited when I hit the gaming phase, got a lot of good stuff to go through, bought a lot of games during winter sale and havent gotten around to play a single one of them sadly but looking forward to them :)

I also have those phases! Right now I'm in a TV show/movie phase. I feel like it's positive so I don't get "burned out" on just one hobby, so when I go back to my gaming phase (or another phase) I feel more excited to go back to that other hobby

Totally get it, casual gamers are welcome! I too have phases where I go without playing a single game for weeks if not months on steam, only to come back full steam and play for 30 hours a week, lol.
Re-reading my original post it made it seem like I'll be only accepting hardcore steam users which is not the case at all. You play RDR and RE games a lot which means to me you're a real gamer. You're added!

I like this idea. I personally like to work towards 100% for a few games at a time throughout my game library (though I may get distracted along the way). I even write guides for achievements if I don’t see any on Steam. Also, like everyone else suggested, PAGYWOSG may also be what you want but as a group.

I've decided that I'm no longer doing public giveaways — it's pointless, the chance of someone winning that will actually be benefited from the win is so abysmally low I might as well be throwing cash into the ocean at this point. I will manually check each commenter's steam page for your most played games, what kind of games you're into, recently played and check on SteamDB for a few stats. I wand to ensure that the user I am selecting is likely to benefit from the win.
If you're against the idea of me snooping your steam page, you're not obliged to enter at all. I just feel like I have to do this because these games I am gifting are not junk keys or left over from bundles, these are actually great games I would play myself or gift someone for their birthday without being embarrassed about it.
