I forget to add:
To make things not too difficult, it is enough to name the city where the stadium stands (answers from German/English Wikipedia are correct).
Hints will appear in the thread from time to time!

First hints on the location of the stadiums are added...

A few hints later it wouldn't have been that difficult anymore, I suppose. ;-)
But using Google isn't forbidden, as I was too lazy to search for pictures I took by myself. ;-)

If you have the chance - go for it!
I'm probably biased being a BVB supporter, but out of my list, it is definitely the greatest experience (although stadium 7 was also very special).

I want to see a BVB home game in a few months from now, probably March-April 2016, but I can't find tickets in the official website. Is the only option is buying from a third party reseller or am I missing something?

Unfortunately, it's pretty tough to buy tickets for home games. BVB sold 55000 season tickets (stadium capacity is 81359), 10% of the tickets (~8000) are reserved for visiting teams and the rest of the tickets is mostly sold exclusively to members.
So it's pretty seldom that there is an "open" ticket sale. Your chances might be best against opponents that don't bring too many own supporters to Dortmund (of the remaining games this season, your chances might be best against teams like Ingolstadt, Wolfsburg, Hoffenheim and Hanover).

Bump for solved! thx a lot for this fun puzzle penguins6687 :) u explained above, but it could be more fun (and sure harder as well) if u included stadium names. but its obvious confusion about names would make a lot ppl crazy (i guess me too :p) so, it seems this way is better. thx a lot again :)))

Hello football/soccer fans (and anyone who wants to become one ;-) ),
in the past, we had a few nice football-related events that I really enjoyed. Inspired by them, I wanted to do one by myself.
In the past, I was fortunate enough to visit many different football stadiums around Europe that I really enjoyed. They were modern, old, atmospheric, places where history was made, exotic... ...but all of them were great experiences. I can't think of many better things than a full-packed, loud stadium during an exciting match. ;-)
To let you all take part in my stadium tour across Europe, I decided to start a puzzle which includes 16 stadiums I have visited in the last 23 years, when I visited my first stadium.
PUZZLE
It will probably be not to easy to identify all of them in the beginning, but I will provide useful hints from time to time.
To make things not too difficult, it is enough to name the city where the stadium stands (answers from German/English Wikipedia are correct).
By solving this puzzle, you get access to a train of 14 bundled games. The giveaway ends in two weeks (November18th 19:09 Uhr/German Time :-D ), so it should be enough time for anyone interested to solve this puzzle.
If you want to contribute to this thread, you may post anything related to football/soccer. ;-)
Good luck/Have fun!
